4.2  The absence of mentioning in this website that any name, or logo, or brand is a registered trademark or service mark in no way implies that there is no protection of these marks, trade names, words or signs.
 

4.3  Any product, process, method or technology described in this website may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by Kami-Tel. LLC. or a third party.

10.4  By accessing and browsing the website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms of the Agreement and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Kami-Tel. LLC. concerning the website are superseded to the extent they conflict with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
 

10.5  The Terms of Use of the Kami-Tel. LLC. website are to be read together with Kami-Tel. LLC.'s Privacy Policy which complements and constitutes an integral part of the Agreement.
 

11.  Jurisdiction
 

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, and any dispute and/or claims arising hereunder shall be resolved solely and exclusively in the competent courts of Covington, Louisiana to which the User of this Site irrevocably consents to.
